Portal Login Instructions

  1. You will not be able to log into the portal if you have not renewed your enrollment, or if your enrollment status is not Regular.
  2. Click on Sign in with Google
  3. Use your University email
  4. If you cannot log in with the above information, please contact your department study and examinations coordinator to verify your status.
  5. Navigate to Student Area in the navigation bar then choose Course registration.

Course Registration Instructions

  1. It is recommended to choose the courses you want before logging in and review the department schedules (exam schedule, courses and groups). This will speed up your registration and save time.
  2. Prepare alternatives for courses with small/limited groups.
  3. Select courses offered by other departments first.
  4. Select courses that have groups first.
  5. If you have a compulsory/mandatory course and cannot find a group due to conflicts, contact your department study and examinations coordinator.
  6. If you have failed courses:
    1. The system will register the course for you compulsorily and leave selecting a group to you.
    2. You will not be able to register other courses until you finish selecting groups for the repeated courses.
* Mandatory/compulsory course definition: A course that, if not registered, causes the minimum required credits (12 credits) to not be satisfied. Priority is given to core department courses.
